Who we are

Maps AI Storefront is owned and operated by XOCA INT’L LLC. This policy covers this website, the enquiry form on it, the demonstration telephone line published on it, and the Maps AI Storefront service itself.

What we collect

• Account information — name, business name, email address and telephone number, given when you request a build or open an account.
• Enquiry details — what you tell us in the form on this site, including your business type and anything you write in the message field.
• Referral code — if you arrived through an associate’s link, the code that identifies them, so the referral is attributed correctly.
• Demonstration calls — if you call the number published on this site, the call is answered by an AI assistant. The audio and a written transcript may be recorded and processed so we can operate and improve the service. Do not share information on that call that you would not want recorded.
• Service content — for customers, the material you add to your knowledge catalog and the records of calls your own storefront handles.
• Usage metadata — ordinary technical records such as IP address, browser type and pages visited.

How we use it

To operate the service, answer your enquiry, respond to support requests, attribute referrals, improve the product, and send you service-related email. We do not sell your data.

Automated processing

The service is built on AI. Content in a knowledge catalog, and the conversations a storefront handles, are processed by automated systems in order to generate answers, capture leads and make bookings. A storefront acts within the limits its owner sets, and every booking and payment it makes is visible to that business.

Third parties

We share data only with the processors necessary to deliver the service — for example telephony, email delivery, payment processing and AI model providers — and only to the extent each one needs in order to perform its function. We do not sell your data and we do not share it for third-party advertising.

Your rights

You may request a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, at any time — from within your workspace, or by contacting us. Depending on where you live, you may also have the right to object to certain processing or to lodge a complaint with your data protection authority.

Retention

Active data is retained while your account is active. Deleted data is purged within 30 days unless we are legally required to keep it longer. Enquiries that do not become accounts are kept only as long as needed to follow up.

Cookies

This site uses only what is needed to serve the page and remember your light or dark theme preference. That preference is stored in your own browser and is never sent to us.
