1. Acceptance
Maps AI Storefront is operated by XOCA INT’L LLC. By accessing or using the service you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use the service.
2. Use of the service
You agree to use the service in compliance with all applicable laws, and not to abuse, disrupt or interfere with its operation. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of an AI assistant to answer calls, record conversations and collect customer information complies with the laws that apply to you — including call-recording consent and marketing rules in your jurisdiction.
3. Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.
4. Content ownership
You retain ownership of any data you upload, including your knowledge catalog. We do not claim ownership of your content. You grant us only the licence needed to host and process it in order to operate the service for you.
5. Automated answers
A storefront generates answers from the catalog you provide. It can be wrong, and it is not a substitute for professional advice or a binding quotation unless you have configured it to make one. You remain responsible for what your storefront tells your customers, and for keeping your catalog accurate.
6. Third-party platforms
The service is designed to work alongside platforms such as Google Business Profile, Apple Business Connect, Bing Places, Yelp and Trustpilot. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or in any commercial agreement with those platforms, and your use of each remains subject to that platform’s own terms. Their names and marks belong to their respective owners.
7. Fees and usage
Paid plans include a stated allowance. Usage beyond an allowance is handled as described on the plan you purchased. Where a feature reaches a limit, it steps down to a lesser tier of service rather than stopping, so calls continue to be answered.
8. Availability
We work to keep the service running continuously, but we do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation. The service is provided as is, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms. You may close your account at any time; see our Privacy Policy for what happens to your data.
10. Changes
We may update these Terms. Continued use of the service after a change constitutes acceptance of it.
